2.2 Account Registration and Security

Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

9. Termination and Account Closure

ph9688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of applicable laws, failure to complete account verification, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or at our sole discretion for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and your available withdrawable balance (excluding forfeited funds or Bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

Most Disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication with our support team.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the Dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body in the Philippines, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph9688 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or other irreparable harm. You agree that any Dispute must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

11. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or rules posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph9688 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ph9688 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ph9688. ph9688 may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchiser-franchisee relationship between you and ph9688. All notices to ph9688 must be sent to [email protected] and will be deemed received when actually received by ph9688.
